So, my question is, if you were at a stop light, in the middle of nowhere, with a ‘No Right Turn’ sign in your face, how long would you wait if the light didn’t turn green?
Three minutes? One hour? Forever? Would someone find you there in ten years, still waiting, but satisfied that you had done the right thing?
If not, would you break the law and go through the red light, and risk a ticket? Then, would you be proud to have taken some initiative even though you increased your annual car insurance premium by 500% thanks to the police who were parked just out of sight, over the hill, eating a donut?
So, should you have stayed at the light, pulled out a book, eaten you last meal, and prepared for pushing up some bright orange California daisies while basking in the glow of a malfunctioning red light?
I ask you.
