The Rule of Law

Since it is now clear that the rule of law is broken in the United States, what can be done about it?  All the people that stood up against our Hitler wannabe have been fired and or had their lives endangered by the Einsatzgruppen wannabes of Trump and Barr.

It is unfortunate that Bill Barr, who was once a well-respected Attorney General, has decided to use the government against the brave voices of democracy that remain.

So, what can be done?

First, we have to be sure that a non-Trump person wins the next election.  It doesn’t matter who, actually.  We have to put our prejudices aside and pull together against the greater evil.  If that is not done, the transition away from democracy, and the rule of law, to an essential dictatorship will be cemented.  All of us are at risk . . even the rabid Trump Republicans.  Anyone to touches Trump dies . . for reference, I would recommend studying the last three years.

Second, we need to stick together.  Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike.  A government cannot move against all of its people, but it can single out individuals, as it is doing right now.  We need to, as a corollary, support those who have been singled out, both emotionally and financially to ensure that no one individual can be punished.  We need to organize!

Thirdly, as a people, we have to avoid doing the bidding of this criminal enterprise.  To the greatest degree that we can, we need to be civilly disobedient:  not so much that we are individually at risk, but collectively so we maintain our ability to make change.  We cannot quit in protest!!  We have to stand up and work against the attack on the rule of law.

And, lastly, because this is a short blog (😊), we need to, as a people, as a collective group, legally impact the machinery of the federal government.  Rallies are good, but using the governments legal mechanisms on a massive scale (i.e. lawsuits) and the disruption of taxation (note, I am not saying non-payment, you have to pay your taxes!), but focused, random interventions on a massive scale are ways the citizen population can take back the control of the government from these successful and selfish attacks on the rule of law by the criminals and cronies who are now running the federal government.

And, by the way, we must continue to support our state governments. . . just to be clear, the effort should not be against governments, but against the criminals that are running the governments.

So, that’s what we can do.

And, in the end, it will be the elections that will fix this.  That is the parallel top priority!

And, one final note, Trump and his cronies have already destroyed the top Democratic candidate using tools that we will only find out about in ten years . . or when Donald Trump brags about it.
