Betrayed For 30 Pieces of Silver

I want to assume the best about the Evangelicals, who, in large part, support Donald Trump.

I am going to assume that they don’t like:

the way he denigrates people, or

that he is an unindicted conspirator in the bribery of Stormy Daniels (and soon to be an indicted criminal), or

that he cheated on his wife with at least Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, or

that he sexually abused 70 + women, or

that he tried to use the federal government’s money to bribe Ukraine, or

that he worked with Russia to get himself elected in 2016, et al.

And, as you know, I could go on     😊     .

So, if you were to believe that Evangelicals are really Christians, then they know they have sacrificed their beliefs and values for something from Mr. Trump.

How different is this from Judas betraying Christ for 30 pieces of silver?
