A History Not Worth Mentioning

It was really annoying to me . . if somewhat interesting    😊   .  Yes, the flight of OJ Simpson in his white Ford Bronco through the streets of Los Angeles was surreal.  As was, eventually, his exoneration by the jury for the murder of his ex-wife.  Luckily, he was never really exonerated in all ways that really matter and is regarded as pariah, living in Florida. . . probably a Ron DeSantis supporter.

I mention this because of the coverage of Elizabeth II, the recently deceased monarch of England.  She made quite a mark in history as the figurehead of the government and, particularly, as the representative of the grand history of England.  She was imporant, but not so important as to blanket all of the TV coverage . . in the United States!  Wasn’t she a historial descendant of King George, who we never liked very much?

And, I hasten to mention, because I am obsessed with my recent discovery of the abuses of the English through the centuries, they were enslavers of people . . and continue to enslave countries in the world.

I don’t see that mentioned in any of the millions of TV broadcasts . . just the crown worth more than a billion dollars, no doubt stolen from India, Pakistan, Australia, Ireland, Scotland, etc. during the good-old-boy days of history.

I guess this was just part of the grand history of England, not worth mentioning.
